LEGAL DISCLAIMER TO OUR ORDERING PROCESS
All items are custom made to order, and hand sewn by a small group of artisans who share their talent with the world. It takes an incredible amount of skill to work with the high-end designer fabrics that we use. Our artisans are the best, and they require adequate time to produce heirloom quality bed linens for your baby.
Please understand that once you select your fabric, no one else will be able to select that pattern, it belongs to you. Once your fabric has been selected, your custom hand made journey will begin. Your next step should be to immediately schedule your 30-minute virtual design consultation with Stacey our lead designer and trusted CEO, or Melina our senior designer and COO. Once your virtual design consultation is complete your selected fabrics will be ordered from their appropriate design houses.
Failure to have your virtual design consultation meeting will delay your order from moving forward to the fabric procurement stage.
Our company’s goal is to do everything in excellence and excellence takes time. Due to the extremely high demand for our bespoke baby linen sets, our current turnaround time from the time you select your fabrics and have your virtual design consultation meeting is approximately 6 to 12 weeks from the date your ordered fabrics arrive in the studio to produce your hand sewn custom linen set. Our designs are not created by patterns, they are drawn by our designers and sewn from these drawings. Bespoke is just what you are getting, a custom-made set that is just for you and no one else. We don’t repeat fabric
selections or designs; we are a bespoke design house with an atelier where magical dreams are made.
Now we understand that due to our large selection of designer fabrics that you may select one pattern and then realize that you actually want a different one for your baby. To cancel your former selection, you will have to schedule a design consultation call to make this change and discuss your design
dreams for your new fabric selection.
GUARANTEE
Bespoke Baby guarantees the hand sewn construction of any items purchased for the first 90 days. If any default is found, or if you are displeased with any of our bespoke items, we will pay to have it shipped back, and we will repair whatever the problem may be even if it means remaking the entire set.
We want you to be 100% satisfied and proud of the linens your baby sleeps on.
Here at Bespoke Baby, you are more than a sale you are family and you have trusted us to make the first luxury linen set your baby will sleep on. It is with great pride that we accept that responsibility and hope to exceed every expectation that you might have. Our goal is excellence, and anything less than
that just is not acceptable.
CANCELLATIONS
In today’s ever-changing world, we at Bespoke Baby realize that you the consumer has the power of choice. We also understand that with so many choices that changes and cancellations will happen.
Bespoke Baby would not want to stand in the way of an expectant family finding the perfect items for their baby’s nursery. If you are not happy with the fabric selection you have chosen for your baby’s designer linen set, we will be more than happy to assist you in finding a new pattern that might help you achieve your baby’s dream nursery linen set better, however, should you not find another pattern that you like we will be more than happy to cancel your order and process a refund of your money with the exception of 30% which is the restocking fee that is charged to Bespoke Baby by the fabric design houses for cancelled orders.
